Our Markoprint integra Ultimate is a particularly efficient inkjet printer with an innovative HP printhead. With print heights of up to 25 mm and IP65 enclosure rating, this system takes your coding tasks to a completely new level!

Since the printhead closes itself at standstill and automatically cleans the nozzle plateevery time it is closed and opened, it is immediately ready for use even after a longer break. This makes it ideal for use in wet-cleaned or dusty production environments, such as those found in wood industry, pharmaceutical industry or food industry.

Markoprint integra Ultimate also scores good marks in integrated systems with closed or difficult-to-access areas: Its cartridges can easily remain in the printhead during downtimes. After a production stop of several days, an error-free printing can be carried out without first wiping the cartridge or having to do a spitting.

Markoprint integra Ultimate is also suitable for UV inks when printing on smooth surfaces. Due to its special features, the open times will increase immensely: With the right ink from Markoprint it is possible to have decap times of up to (and even more than) 72 hours, instead of just 15 minutes!

Advantages of the Markoprint Ultimate HP printhead:

• IP65 protection when the printhead is in sleep mode: perfect for use in humid, dusty and wet-cleaned environments.

Central ink supply for Markoprint inkjet coding systems

For Markoprint inkjet printers, a new bulk ink system for central ink supply (CIS) is available for coding applications with a high consumption of ink. ZTV HP MK2 is suitable for quickly drying or solvent-based inks from Hewlett Packard.

More than ten times the ink volume

The ZTV has a volume of 400 millilitres of ink, more than ten times more than the ink cartridge in the printhead itself. The frequency of ink changing is reduced significantly by using the ZTV. As soon as the ink tank is inserted in the system, its self pressurizes the ink supply. Using an interface directly on the cartridge itself, your current fill level is monitored in real time. If the Ink Level in the primary cartridge is low, a valve to the bulk tank opens and refills it automatically. The ZTV can supply one cartridge (X2JET) up to four cartridges (X4JET), simultaneously.

A cartridge can process a throughout volume of up to 1.2 litres before it needs to be replaced. This corresponds to the three ink tanks with a one-head system and 12 ink tanks with a four-head system.

Storage tank and cartridges interact via the SmartCard technology with an RS232 interface. The cartridges monitor ink levels in real time to the ink system and are automatically filled during the printing procedure. The filling level sensor integrated in the cartridges simultaneously prevents the cartridge from being overfilled with ink.

HP cartridges – The All-Rounders

• High printing speeds in barcode quality: up to 180 m/minute at 300 dpi resolution (maximum 300 m/minute).
• Brilliant print image with ink cartridges (thermo inkjet) of consistent quality, up to 600 dpi resolution (at 45 m/minute), achieved by ejecting tiny, accurately placed droplets from hundreds of minute nozzles at very high frequency.

Funai cartridges (LX) – The Specialists

• Very high reliability under operational conditions: the cartridge and the complete printhead are exchanged simultaneously. This also guarantees consistent typeface quality.
• Intelligent ink cartridge for increased coding reliability
• Ink type, manufacturer and ink content can be stored with the cartridge. The printer can therefore automatically be set to recognize the correct ink and other ink can be detected and blocked
• Ink filling level detection guarantees timely detection of imminent cartridge replacement, assuring ongoing operation.
