Citronix (CIJ) industrial coding devices, of which we are the distributor of in Turkey, have a 30-month warranty period. Other brands and models of industrial printers, labels and similar devices are supported 24 months after sales.

Technical support continues to be provided with 7/24 remote communication regarding our warranty coverage expired equipment.

This service is also available free of charge with remote access to our original consumable users.
